Mediolanum International Life dac. (MIL) is a private limited life insurance undertaking, as well as the Research & Development (R&D) and product innovation centre (MedLab®) for life assurance products for the Mediolanum Group.

In 2024, we achieved gross premiums of €420 mn. We reached a historical high in relation to our profitability due to the investment performance of our products, with profit after tax increasing to €25 mn.

In the latest ratings for 2023 available in Italy and Spain, our distributors Banca Mediolanum and Banco Mediolanum were ranked first place as entities with the most satisfied customers in their respective markets.
